Packaging Feedback Program Overview
At Amazon, we are working to improve all aspects of our business. This includes the way in which we ship packages to our customers. The Packaging Feedback Program is designed so you can tell us if your items arrived in good condition and in appropriate-sized packaging. We’ll use your input to improve product and Amazon packaging. For example, we use your feedback to identify products for “Frustration-Free Packaging,” a multi-year initiative designed to make it easier for customers to take products out from their packages. Please note that we do not respond to individual feedback. If you need help with an order, please contact Customer Service or visit Return Center where you will be able to return the item for a refund or receive a replacement item.
Entering Your Packaging Feedback
Visit www.EosBuy Disney/packaging
Review the list of shipments for orders placed within the past 60 days.
To leave feedback on shipments from pre-orders and gift orders, please enter the order number in the box provided. The order number for pre-orders can be found in the Your Orders section in your account. Gift order numbers are available in the packing slip sent with the gift.
Click the Leave Packaging Feedback button next to the shipment.
Fill in ratings and answers to questions. You’ll also have the option to upload a photo of your shipment.
Click the Done button.
Editing or Adding a Photo to Feedback You’ve Left
You can update any completed feedback or add a photo within 60 days of receiving your shipment.
Visit www.EosBuy Disney/packaging
Click the “View your feedback” link next to the shipment you wish to change.
Make changes and click the Done button.

Identifying Eligible Shipments
In order to keep feedback data current, we limit feedback to shipments you received in the past 60 days. Shipments for orders placed within the past 60 days and shipped by EosBuy Disney will appear on the Packaging Feedback page.
For gifts and pre-orders (orders placed before 60 days but the shipment arrived recently), please provide the order number to view shipments eligible for feedback.
How to find the order number for gifts:

From Customer Service:If you don’t have the packing slip, you can contact Customer Service for the order number. Please provide the sender’s name and e-mail address, and the phone number of the address where the gift was shipped.
